Coverage of breakdowns caused by manufacturing defects
If a manufacturing defect requires the repair or replacement of one or more parts of your vehicle, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge by any Ford Dealer or Authorized Repairer during the warranty period.
Paint Warranty
If the paint of your vehicle’s body requires intervention due to a manufacturing problem, the necessary repairs will be carried out by any Ford Dealer or Authorized Ford Repairer during the warranty period. Please consult your Ford dealer for more information.
Anti-Corrosion Warranty
The body of your Ford is protected against corrosion defects for up to 5 years with no mileage limit. To claim this warranty, all you have to do is take your Ford for regular body and paint checks as described in your service portfolio.
Owner's Responsibility
As a condition of these warranties, the owner is responsible for using, maintaining, and caring for their vehicle properly as described in the Owner’s Manual and Scheduled Maintenance Plan.
Useful Information
Normal wear and tear of parts, upholstery, and bodywork (such as body, bumper joints, trims, paint, sheet metal, shock absorbers, etc.) are excluded from the extended warranty. Parts in regular maintenance (such as filters, oil seals, spark plugs, and most fluids) are also excluded. You can verify all exclusions with your Ford dealer.
